Inputs that must be included
The 2015 edition asked for the review to be planned and carried out taking a series of inputs into consideration. The 2026 edition says the review shall include them, leaving less room to leave any of them out of the minutes.
A new input: interested parties
Changes in the needs and expectations of interested parties relevant to the system are added as an input, and the other inputs are reordered. Until now those changes tended to stay in the context analysis; now they have to reach management's table.
What to do with the minutes
Review the minutes template so that it covers every input in the order of the new edition, and so that each one carries data, not just a heading. The Academy's minutes template follows the 2015 numbering; the inputs it lists are still needed, but the one on interested parties must be added.
What an auditor usually asks for
- Minutes template with every input of the 2026 edition
- Changes in the needs and expectations of interested parties presented at the review
- Real data under each input: indicators, audits, nonconformities and satisfaction
- Decisions with an owner and a date, followed up at the next review
How to cover this block in Kimobox
- 1Turn the management review into a template with the inputs already preloaded: indicators, audits, nonconformities and customer satisfaction.
- 2Add the input on changes in interested parties to the template, linked to its versioned table.
- 3Record each decision with an owner and a date so it can be reviewed at the next meeting.
If the interested parties table is already in the system, the new review input fills itself in.
